The Founder
ADAMS Consulting was founded by Nicolas Adam, an experienced HR and business strategist with over 10 years in executive leadership roles — primarily in the international automotive and industrial sector. Throughout his career, Nicolas has worked across 14 countries, managing complex organizational structures, large-scale recruitment projects, cross-border compliance, and C-level advisory mandates.
His background combines operational toughness, corporate intelligence, and a sharp instinct for people. Known for his ability to cut through complexity and deliver practical solutions, Nicolas is trusted by CEOs, owners, and investors alike.
